Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (see current promotions at checkout).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Bump & Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.

  • These costs are not included in the checkout total and must be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@bumpandbloom.store within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not liable for delays or errors caused by carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or countries restricted by Canadian export laws.

  • Certain oversized or bulky items may not be eligible for international shipping.
